On our first day in the Cameron Highlands we drove 5 minutes to look at a tea plantation called Boh. Did you know that some tea grows on trees and some others grow on bushes?

After that we drove another 5 minutes to a café that had Boh tea and lots of yummy snacks. I had a doughnut, tea, and a scone. There was lots of stairs leading up to the café but they were really easy because one time I walked 550 stairs up and 550 leading down. On that same day we went strawberry picking and we picked 13 pounds of strawberries in like 30 minutes.

The next day we drove to Penang. Penang is 4 hours by car. There is Penang City and Penang Island. We are staying on Penang Island. On the island there is a temple that has 2 hidden coins. You have to rub the coin and if it falls out then you get to own the temple.

At our hotel in the pool there is a water slide and it is super fun. Lulu got a little inner tube and we took it down the slide a couple times. We don't have a photo of us going down the water slide but we do have one of us in the pool!

We are all on pool noodles.
The next day we went on a hike in Penang National Park that was hot, hard, and sweaty. It was about 3 and a half miles. About 10 minutes in we crossed a bridge and in the trees above it there was a kind of monkey called the Dusky leaf monkey. They are the cutest things I have ever seen. If I could compare them to something I would say that are most like Baby Aurora. Huge eyes🥺 and full of curiosity🧐.

See what I mean? THEY ARE SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After we saw the monkeys we walked for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, we reached the beach. We only had 15 minutes until the boat back to the hotel left so we walked 5 more minutes to a turtle sanctuary that had all different stages of turtles there. My favorite ones were the just hatched babies. They were as cute as the monkeys.

They are more cute in real life.
On the boat ride back we saw rocks that looked like a bunny, crocodile, and a turtle. We do not have a photo of them because mom or dad did not take one. On the boat ride back all of us kids got to have a turn driving the boat. It was quite fun actually!!

This is me driving the boat. Then we came back to the hotel and did arts and crafts at the ranger station. It was a fun day!
On our second to last day in Penang we went to Escape. Escape is like Disney land except it has a dry side and a wet side. We mostly played on the wet side though the dry side is also fun. On the dry side there is lots of climbing and jungle gyms above land. I don't know what they actually are called. There is this thing called a zip coaster and it was REALLY REALLY scary. It was twisting me and dad side to side though it was a little bit of fun.

It may not look scary but it was. This photo was taken right at the end. You can also see that I am screaming even though it looks like I am laughing. Plus we are sideways. My favorite thing on the dry side was probably the thing where you bungie jump off 3 stories high. That is as tall as our house!!!!! It was scary the first time I did it but the second time was not as scary because I knew what it would feel like.

There was a taller one that you had to be 13 to go off of. Only dad did it because mom had already taken off her harness. On the wet side there was a lot of water slides and I went down almost all of them. My favorite one was the longest water slide in the world. It is 3,645 feet long. It is 1.1 kilometers long. It is the longest water slide in the world. If you don't believe me look it up. (Online or in the Guinness world record.)
We are going back to Kuala Lumpur for a night and then waking up ON MY BIRTHDAY and going to Singapore to meet Penny and Kalina. We're going to a water park to celebrate ME and maybe make music boxes if we have time. Then we will go Bhutan with Penny and Karina. Me and Penny will have lots of spend the nights and I will help Penny with her school project! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!
Love GINNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey. Happy belated birthday! How are you going to top it next year when you are just at boring home? See soon. Love, Q and Paul and Gus
WOW ! What a great update !!!!! Love the huge eyes on the monkeys they are cute 🤣 but your eyes are way prettier 💕 I’m so happy that you are doing an adventure for your birthday can’t wait to hear about it !!!!!
Ginny! Boat rides. water slides, dry/wet sides, monkey eyes... this was quite an update! Was there anything french fried, Easter dyed, or dada cries from the zip coaster? I'm especially jealous of the world's longest water slide. I'd love to go on that one. Was it scary, bumpy, too fast, too slow? Looking forward to your next adventures, Uncle Kelly
Hi Ginny! Well I must agree...mostly. The Dusky Leaf monkey is ALMOST the cutest thing in Malaysia! I think you and your siblings just might be cuter! I bet the bungee jump was so much fun!! Your dad is so big, I hope he didn't hit the ground! I bet the coolness of the pool felt so good! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!! Sending love and hugs to you and everyone in your family!
So fondly, Anne-Marie
